Vedic Astrology (Jyotish Shastra) is a traditional Indian knowledge system that interprets planetary positions (Grahas), constellations (Nakshatras), and personal karmic timelines (Dashas) based on classical texts such as Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra.

Astrological interpretations are subjective, analytical, and advisory. Astrologer Vikram Sharma does not espouse fatalism or superstition. Readings are intended to illuminate potential strengths, karmic cycles, and spiritual inclinations, not to dictate deterministic outcomes. The client retains total free will and moral agency over all decisions.

• Health Matters: Consult a certified medical doctor for physical or psychological symptoms. Never discontinue medical treatments based on an astrological reading.
• Legal & Financial Matters: Consult certified attorneys and licensed financial advisors for court proceedings, investments, and business contracts.

The precision of a Vedic birth chart is directly contingent on the exactness of the input data: date of birth, exact time of birth (to the minute), and exact geographical place of birth.

The Client assumes full responsibility for the veracity of the provided details. In cases where the birth time is approximate or unknown, clients must request a "Birth Time Rectification" (Kundli Shodhan) or Prashna session prior to in-depth predictions.

All consultation slots are scheduled and confirmed upon 100% advance receipt of payment. We utilize bank-grade encrypted payment gateways (supporting UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, and International Cards via Stripe/PayPal). No cash or delayed payments are entertained for online sessions.

Consultations are conducted via Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp video/audio. Clients are expected to join the call at the scheduled minute.

• If a client is late, the session will terminate at the originally scheduled end time to honor following appointments.
• Clients may reschedule without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the appointment slot. Detailed rules are defined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All written Kundli reports, astrological commentary, articles, charts, and multimedia content produced on this portal are the copyrighted intellectual property of Astrologer Vikram Sharma.

Reports provided to clients are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, redistribution, or broadcast of private consultation recordings is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall Astrologer Vikram Sharma, associates, or Kendra staff be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from any action taken or not taken by the client following a consultation or report reading.

The maximum cumulative financial liability for any dispute shall not exceed the actual consultation fee paid by the client for that specific session.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi / Haridwar, India.
