When you book an appointment, submit an inquiry, or calculate a birth chart, we collect:
- Identity & Contact: Full legal name, email address, WhatsApp / mobile phone number, and physical city/country.
- Astrological Coordinates: Exact date of birth, exact time of birth (hours, minutes, AM/PM), and geographic birthplace (city, state, country) for astronomical ephemeris positioning.
- Consultation Specifics: Personal life queries, marital compatibility data (for Gun Milan), and notes voluntarily shared during your consultation.
How Your Data Is Utilized
Your collected information is used solely for the following explicit purposes:
- Computing mathematical planetary positions (Grahas), divisional charts (Vargas), and Dasha timing.
- Preparing Astrologer Vikram's manual notes prior to your scheduled consultation.
- Transmitting confirmation receipts, Google Meet / Zoom meeting links, and post-session remedial summaries.
- Issuing relevant follow-up notifications or anniversary horoscope transit updates (which can be opted out of at any time).
Zero Data Selling Guarantee
We never sell, lease, rent, trade, or distribute your birth data, telephone number, or email address to marketing agencies, ad brokers, or third-party networks. Your charts remain private to our sanctuary.
Security & Storage Protocols
All communications on our platform are encrypted with industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol. Stored databases containing client records are protected behind multi-layer firewalls, restricted IP access controls, and strict authentication credentials.
Payment Gateway Standards
We do not store, process, or have access to your credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or net banking passwords. All financial transactions are securely handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal).
