At Vedic Astro Kendra, we operate with integrity and mutual respect. We understand that unforeseen emergencies arise, while also honoring Astrologer Vikram's dedicated preparation time for manual birth chart analysis prior to every consultation.
Free Rescheduling Protocol
You may reschedule your consultation appointment to any other available slot on our calendar without any penalty or fee, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
You can reschedule directly via your email confirmation link or by sending a quick message to our Kendra coordinator on WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210.
100% Full Refund Window
If you decide to cancel your consultation appointment at least 24 hours or more prior to the session start time, you are entitled to a 100% full refund with no questions asked.
Late Cancellations (< 24 Hours)
Because Guruji reserves dedicated calendar slots and spends significant time manually calculating Dasha timelines and Vargas before you join:
- Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
- However, in cases of genuine health emergencies or family bereavement, we allow a one-time courtesy rollover credit to reschedule your session to a future date within 30 days.
- Failure to attend the scheduled video/audio call without notice ("No-Show") is treated as completed and non-refundable.
Astrologer Unavailability or Technical Disruptions
In the rare event that Astrologer Vikram is unable to conduct a scheduled session due to urgent temple duties, illness, or technical connectivity failures on our end:
- You will be notified immediately and offered a priority VIP reschedule at your preferred time.
- If an alternative time is inconvenient for you, you may opt for an instant 100% full refund.
Written Reports & Customized Janam Patrika
Custom-prepared PDF Kundli reports, handwritten Janam Patrikas, and personalized gemstone consecrations involve non-reversible manual labor and spiritual rituals. Once a report has been generated and dispatched to your email, it is non-refundable.
Refund Processing & Bank Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated immediately by our finance desk back to your original source of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or PayPal).
Depending on your issuing bank or card provider, funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days. A bank transaction UTR/reference number will be emailed to you upon processing.
